Actually, UTM codes or Urchin tracking module are small texts that are added to the end of URLs helping you track the traffic that enter your website by clicking on these URLs.
This code sends various information to Google Analytics and is provided to us by Google Analytics in the form of a comprehensive report.
The UTM link has various parameters that can be used to determine whether the user who entered it was created from the campaign or entered directly through the website.
If he entered from the campaign, which site did they make the the entry from and which banner did they click on? Does the banner which is placed in the header give us the most clicks, or does the banner that is placed in the corners of the site or at the end of the content give us the most returns?
All these questions can be easily answered by using the UTM link.Stay with us, 1 useful and informative article a day on this site
