What is dwell time?

Google uses the Rank Brain artificial intelligence algorithm to determine the best search results for a keyword. Apparently, the Rank Brain algorithm works in such a way that if the user stays on that page for a long time after clicking on one of the search results and does not return to the search results page, Google flags the quality of the content of that page as high and considers it as a desirable result, suitable for that keyword. But if the user returns to the search results page in a short period of time and clicks on other links on the search results page, Google considers the content of that page to be of low quality and, as a result, gives it a lower rank.
